WATCH: Children, do you know what to do in emergencies?

Meet Clark, 10-year-old boy from Compostela Valley. Watch his step-by-step guide on what to do before, during, and after disasters.

The Philippines is hit by around 20 tropical cyclones every year, state weather bureau PAGASA reported. That’s a lot for one year.

Aside from typhoons, other forms of natural calamities can happen, such as earthquakes, landslides, extreme flooding, and volcanic eruptions, among several others.

We cannot always predict when disasters would exactly strike; we can, however, prepare for it.

Do your children know what to do before, during, and after emergency situations?

Meet Clark, a 10-year-old boy from Compostela Valley. He teaches fellow students about disaster preparedness, as well as the link between disasters and climate change. (WATCH: Do your children love science?)

Watch his video for a step-by-step guide.
